1Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the babu9 website located at babu9.club and all associated services, features, content, and functionality (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", or "you") and babu9 ("babu9", "we", "us", or "our"). By registering an account, depositing funds, or otherwise accessing or using the Platform in any manner, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Platform. babu9 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
2Eligibility Requirements
To register and use the babu9 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. babu9 strictly prohibits access by individuals under the age of 21 and takes all reasonable steps to prevent underage gambling.
- You must be a natural person using the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Corporate accounts, automated bots, and accounts operated by third-party services are not permitted.
- You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration and keep this information up to date at all times. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.
- You must hold a valid Bangladeshi mobile banking account (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) or a bank account in your own name for the purpose of making deposits and withdrawals. Third-party payment is not permitted.
- You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, or affiliate of babu9, or an immediate family member of any such person, unless you have obtained prior written consent from babu9 management.
babu9 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify your eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure. All verification documents submitted to babu9 are treated with strict confidentiality in accordance with the babu9 Privacy Policy.
3Account Registration and Security
Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the babu9 Platform. Operating multiple accounts, whether under your own name or using the identity of another person, is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein. To register an account, you must complete the registration form accurately and verify your mobile number.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your registered mobile number, username, and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not such activity was authorised by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must notify babu9 support immediately.
- babu9 reserves the right to request KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any stage of the player relationship, including prior to processing any withdrawal request. Accepted KYC documents include a valid National ID (NID) card, passport, or driving licence.
- babu9 may implement additional authentication measures such as OTP verification for login, withdrawals, and account changes. These security features are for your protection and must not be circumvented.
babu9 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any communication purporting to be from babu9 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.
4Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the babu9 Platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity:
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum transaction limits may apply and are displayed within your account dashboard.
- Deposits are processed via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Funds are typically credited to your babu9 account within seconds of a successful mobile banking transaction. In rare cases of network delay, crediting may take up to 30 minutes.
- Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. babu9 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in the player's own name.
- Withdrawal requests on fully verified accounts are typically processed within 60 minutes during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Requests submitted outside normal hours may take longer.
- babu9 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals, unusually large amounts, or where suspicious activity has been flagged on the account.
All deposits made to the babu9 Platform must be funded from sources that belong legally to the account holder. babu9 does not knowingly accept funds derived from criminal activity and cooperates fully with any lawful investigation into suspicious financial activity.
5Bonuses and Promotions
babu9 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:
- All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal of bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus play is permitted. The specific rollover multiplier for each promotion is stated in that promotion's terms. Standard wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount unless otherwise specified.
- Welcome bonuses are available to new players only, one per household and one per device. Players who have previously held a babu9 account under any identity are not eligible for the new player welcome bonus.
- babu9 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. If a bonus is claimed under false pretences or in a manner inconsistent with these Terms, the bonus and any related winnings will be voided.
- Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are subject to the same wagering requirements as cash bonuses unless stated otherwise. Winnings from free spins may be capped at a maximum amount specified in the promotion terms.
- Seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, BPL, IPL, or Pohela Boishakh are time-limited. Bonus funds not used within the stated validity period will expire automatically.
babu9 may use automated systems to detect bonus abuse patterns, including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies, simultaneous wagering on opposite outcomes, and the use of arbitrage techniques. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse may have its bonus removed and pending withdrawals reviewed.
6Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct
The babu9 Platform is provided for legitimate personal entertainment. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, closure, and forfeiture of all funds:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to access or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
- Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market on the Platform.
- Using a VPN, proxy, or any other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions, disguise your identity, or gain access to the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is unlawful.
- Registering or operating multiple accounts for any reason, including to claim multiple welcome bonuses, circumvent account restrictions, or disguise your true identity.
- Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or criminal activity through the Platform, including depositing funds derived from illegal sources.
7Responsible Gaming
babu9 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all registered players:
- Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
- Session time reminders: Players may enable reminders that alert them when a gaming session has reached a specified duration.
- Cool-off periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cool-off period, no deposits may be made and no games may be played.
- Self-exclusion: Players who feel that gambling is causing harm may request permanent or long-term self-exclusion by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

All content on the babu9 Platform, including but not limited to software, source code, databases, text, graphics, images, logos, icons, audio, video, and the overall look and feel of the Platform, is the exclusive property of babu9 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content from the Platform may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, or distributed in any way without the prior written consent of babu9.
The babu9 name, logo, and all related marks and trade names are the trademarks of babu9. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right or licence to use babu9's trademarks, trade names, or other intellectual property. Any unauthorised use of babu9 intellectual property constitutes a breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal liability.
9Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, babu9 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, even if babu9 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
babu9 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. babu9 expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10Account Suspension and Termination
babu9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Circumstances that may give rise to account action include, but are not limited to:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to multi-accounting, bonus abuse, prohibited conduct, or providing false registration information.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a request from babu9.
- Suspected or confirmed involvement in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct.
- A lawful request from a competent regulatory or law enforcement authority requiring account closure or restriction.
Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, any bonus funds, free spin winnings, or funds held in the account that are reasonably connected to the breach may be forfeited. Genuine real-money deposits that are not connected to any prohibited activity will be returned to the player's registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
11Amendments to These Terms
babu9 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, babu9 will endeavour to notify registered players via the contact information held on account, or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the change taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document.
Your continued use of the babu9 Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting babu9 customer support.
12Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operations of babu9. babu9 operates as a safe and reliable online gaming platform and is committed to fair and transparent resolution of player disputes.
